Day 10 : Green Smoothie Challenge

Green Energy Booster Smoothie

Hit the gym for another day this morning … and boy are my legs and abs T-I-R-E-D!!  Sure hope this Energy Booster Smoothie does the trick! As with my previous green smoothies, I used Coconut Almond Milk and did not add the ginger or Chia seeds. It was definitely one of the better smoothies I have had so far!

Blueberry Pear Smoothie

Green Energy Booster Smoothie

1 Pear
½ Cup Blueberries *optional
1 Cup of Spinach (Or other greens)
1 inch piece of Ginger
1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
1 Cup Coconut Water or Water

Instructions: Wash all your produce. Chop and put into blender with a small amount of liquid to start. Add more as needed until you reach your desired consistency.
