Day 24 : Green Smoothie Challenge

Apple Cinnamon Green Smoothie

Not bad … Definitely one of the better green smoothies!  I only used 1/2 of an apple which worked great with avoiding the “baby food” texture.  As with my other smoothies I stuck with Coconut Almond Milk and just used a dash of cinnamon.   Both my apple and banana were frozen so it was quite thick and I eneded up losing part of it on the sink when I went to pour into my glass :(.

  1. Looks very good! Did you use cassia cinnamon or true Ceylon cinnamon? I’ve written a post about the differences that you might be interested in reading.
